I decided to reword my last posting, as we did not hear from anybody about exchanging apartments. Of course we would still be interested in exchanging, if we find a good match, but as we think that it will not be hard to find someone to rent ours, I decided to ask if you are leaving an apartment with the description below, please, let us know (private message preferred). It would be great if your apartment has not been announced yet.

We are looking for an apartment with the descriptions below:

• > 65 m2
• 3 to 4-rooms
• quiet street/side
• no carpet
• in central Zürich (we would like to have many tram/bus options)
• maybe a balcony
• rent up to $2000 CHF (all included)

Just in case for a possible swap, the apartment where we live in is described below:

• App. 50-55 m2 (we don’t really know...)
• 2-rooms (kitchen open to a medium sized living-room, bedroom, entrance area and bathroom)
• No Balcony, but with a very nice shared roof area
• Quiet street
• Perfect for a single person
• Super nice neighbors
• Kreis 6 (short walk to Trams 9, 10, old 15 and 7 routes, Buses 33 and 31)
• Rent $1300 CHF (all included)
