Hello everbody..
Good news is I found a flat finally..but now it is kind too big for me

my flat has 3 big rooms and, large kitchen and bathroom and a balcony.

Currently I am occupying one of the room and 2 rooms are free But I am searching for only one flatmate.(so total there will be only 2 people living in the flat)..other free room will be kind of living room/visitors' room

the location is perfect... Beckhammer, 8057, Zurich.

with only one Tram, (no change)

you can go to in:

10 minutes to Zurich main trainstation (HB)
5 minutes to Oerlikon
10 minutes to business area in Glattpark ( UBS, Credit Suisse, Kraft Foods, Pfizer, soon Baxter, Zurich financial services,some TV production company,..etc)
18 minutes to airport
9 minutes to ETH/universit of Zurich

By walk:
3 minutes to University Irchel & Milchbuck

tram number 10,14 is 2 minutes away from flat..it is near Milchbuck station and Hirschwiesenstrasse station..

I think location really perfect..

Rent: 800 CHF per month ( includes als: water and heating costs and housekeeping)

Not included in rent: Electricity and internet.

The room is available as of NOW ( Flat is fully functional and ready to use except the fact that the free rooms has no furniture.so future tenant needs to find some furniture for her room)

Preferred:
Good level GERMAN Speaker, female, professionnal. (not must but preffered after 5 years of flat share experience)

I am 25 years old, proffesional , working Brand Management/Marketing.

I am interested in that spare room, is still available? could i visit the apartment on Friday that i will be in zurich?

I was leaving in shared flats for the last 8 years, i just became 26 n i will be working in ETH.
