I am moving out from a nice 1.5 fully furnished apartment downtown Baden beginning of December. It is located Bäderstrasse 6, right next to the Casino (a 4 min walk from the train station) and faces the Limmat. The flat is fully furnished - incl. wardrobes, bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, etc. Size is about 35m². The washing machine and dryer have to be shared with only one neighbor, and the gorgeous garden can be used (great during summer ).
Monthly rent is CHF 1,200 incl. Nebenkosten.
