Hey there, we are looking to hand over our 3.5 room flat with a nice balcony. It is very close to the airport (the bus goes from very close to the flat and takes just over twenty minutes). It has a very large living area with two bathrooms, the train station in Bulach is on the line from zurich to Stuttgart and therefore the trains take you straight to Zurich HB in just twenty minutes as well. Ideally we would have you move in from february 1st. Garaged parking is available at extra cost. There is Migros Co op and OBI as well as Ochsner Sport and other shops within 10 minutes walk of the flat (you can actually see the OBI from the balcony. The orientation is perfect as the bedrooms get the morning sunshine and the balcony gets the sunset (something I will miss very much) There is a store cupboard attached to the kitchen and further storage in the cellar. Facilities include dishwasher and washing machine.
