I'm looking for a flatmate (possible a girl)!

The room is about 12m2, with balcony in an apartment of 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom). The place is nice and quite, really close to the center. The kitchen has dishwasher. The apartment is at the 1 floor, with elevator.
The rent is 883 CHF, plus a deposit of 2366 CH for the real state agency. ( + - 3 months rent)
The room is with out furniture, but my room mate is selling it to the candidate
3 min. from the tram stop 9 and 14 and bus 33.
10 min. by tram to Zurich HB.

The room is available from the 7th of March 2010!

I am really easy going person!!!
I arrive home quite late every day and my flatmate say I cook so nice!!!
