- Deposit : 2 months rent
- 3.5 room apartment with balcony, approx 70 m2
- Shared washing area & Drying room
- Second floor, with elevator
- Keller in basement
- Well connected - 5 mins walking distance to Bahnhof Oerlikon
- All Major shopping centers Migros, Coop, ALDI, LIDL within walking distance
- Available from end of March / early April

We had furnished the house recently and most of it is less than a year old. We are willing to sell off all of it to interested people.
