The bed is only available when we move/if we move. It's from Mobel Pfister and has hidden halogen downlighters controlled from the headboard. It's made from very thick, solid dark oak and incredibly heavy. The size is 180cms/200cms I think.

It's a primarily commercial building with a doctor's surgery and engineering office in the building. We've never had trouble with noise complaints. There is a beautiful, tranquil, residents access only courtyard (pictured). A quite restaurant backs onto it which is a feature for diners. The courtyard is never (ever) in use, and is accessed from within the building. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier included in the apartment. No more washing room politics! Landlord: The landlord is Croatian, very relaxed, and doesn't both you at all. View: in spite of the central city location, the view is of the library roof and beautiful spire of the Predigerkirche, which looms above, and is floodlit at night. Stunning. There is a large, private basement storage room (not a wooden-slat affair). Library: you are right opposite the largest library in the country, with an extensive and seldom used English language section. There is parking available via a secure underground parking space with direct building access. This is an extra 550 chf Transport communications. You'll be a 60 second walk to the Central tram hub, and a further 2 minutes walk from HB (Central Station) which will take you anywhere in Europe (pretty much). Location: This is arguably the best, most cosmopolitan location in the entire country. It's mere seconds from cutting edge vintage clothes shops, expensive brand name boutiques, the best department stores, gyms, restaurants as well as great ethnic shops and cafes. Most of the clubs and bars are moments away, but set 100 feet back from Niederdorfstrasse, you won't experience the negatives of the Sunday morning after-party mess (little through traffic). If you're coming from London, New York, or another large city, this location is guaranteed to reduce homesickness and keep you excited. Why not? If you're a serious cook, you'll need to purchase an extra storage and chopping unit from Ikea for around 150chf The lift is for max 1 to 2 people The lounge area is not "dead silent" especially with the windows open. Pets will not be able to automatically access the courtyard area unless they can work a key-lift. I take my cat down for a roam around. Rooms: Lounge/Dining area [pictured] Wide hallway [pictured] Toilet [pictured] Kitchen [pictured] Bathroom [pictured] Bedroom 1 [pictured] Bedroom 2 [not pictured - this is 70% of the size of bedroom 1 - will fit double bed, single wardrobe, two bedside tables.] Courtyard [pictured]

It's a lot of square footage for the location and when we got the apartment there was a load of competition for it. Also there are some apartments in the area that are similar or more expensive. I think it's pitched pretty accurately, and although there's been quite a bit of interest, we'll let the market decide.

Maybe in zurich there is an excess of people with more money than sense and also the ability to charge to the conpany account.

You've seen Bahnhofstrasse haven't you? This apartment is 80 meters away - how much could the rent falloff possibly be? It's not "more money than sense" - it's the market.
