The 4.5 room apartment where I live is available from 1 February 2011.
We are looking for the next tenant. It is with an agency in zurich.
Apartment is in Adliswil, 3 floor with a beautiful view to Albis. It has:
- 3 bed rooms,1 WC plus Dusche,1 Bad plus WC
- 1 large living/dining room
- 1 reduit and a closed kitchen
Underground parking available for CHF 135.- per month.
Monthly Rent: CHF 2012.- incl. additional charges.
A keller is also included. Use of washing room/ machine is free and easily available. It is located very near to Adliswil centre for shopping possibilities.

There is a possibility to purchase the furniture from the existing tenant.

I just wanted to say that I visited the apartment and it's really spacious and would probably work very well as a family or share-house situation...
