It's time to start learning French (from the beginning) and I'm wondering if anyone has old course books, software, Rosetta Stone, etc. they don't need anymore and would like to find a good home for! I can pick up anywhere in Zurich/Baden area.

I tried Rosetta stone once but hadn't found it really helpful for a beginner. I am currently using:

This one is actually a bit expensive, but groupon.ch posts some discount coupons every now and then, where you are offered more than 60% discount for a 10-lessons package.

I personally found out about both babbel and myngle through groupon and I am quite satisfied.
