I'm setting up a gym with some friends, just for personal use but am looking for everything from squatracks, kettlebells, weights and stretching equipment.

Hmmm. I have a full set of hand and barbell weights, stand, bench (with pull-up, leg stretch, arm curl, and other bits on it) which I've not used for a while and are taking up space in our gym. Got them to build up strength after breaking my back, sternum and all my ribs, and now I don't have any more inclination to use them.

Not sure what makes/models everything is, but I can take a couple of pictures if you're interested. No idea about value at this stage either, although I know the original cost was way into the hundreds of Euros, possibly higher. I'd have to research a bit to find what the going rate would be.

I have a lot of equipment - squat rack , good bench , dumbells , bar and about 180kgs of rubber weights - BUT I still use it - if you were located centrally enough however and had access to a few bits and pieces - let's say a hack squat machine and a trap bar then we could work something out.
