Now, I have a 3 legged one (he got hit over the summer and had to have his front left leg removed )

if you look under heimtiere, katzen and there are also some simular european shorthairs as well.

If you wait for a new litter, it wont be before march i think due to the breeding seasons. Otherwise they do have some there ready to take home.

I'm looking for a kitten or a young cat (maybe a yr old) in the Geneva area. buying or adoption. i havent had much luck finding any websites or pet stores online. english/french sites would be best since i dont speak any germen. any help would be appreciated.

My upstairs neighbors got a kitten a couple of months ago and I think the novelty wore off. And since my daughter shows a lot of interest in it, the damn cat is hanging out on our balcony a lot.

If anyone is really interested, I could probably put you in touch with neighbors. I don't know that they want to get rid of it, I just suspect.

OK just incase anyone in the Lausanne area knows of any cat shelters or anyone that has a cat that they don't want..

only thing is.. it has to be a house cat.. as I live in a flat and don't want to take a cat that is used to the great outdoors.. cos that would be a bit mean!

Infact I'm not convinced on the cat indoors thing.. I just know cats are great company when they are around and I've just moved into my own flat for the first time.. and a cat would be perfect company for me!

Try calling SVPA. They don't put the animals online but you can call and see if they have indoor cats or kittens. Usually they say if it's an indoor cat.

I'm sorry to labour the point, but can you confirm that we have to pay to view a kitten that we might possibly want to adopt? I can understand me having to pay if I wanted to sell, but not the other way round.

Can you also confirm that you are not (or otherwise) potentially earning from this post?

Hey there is the animal shelter that is out in Bernex where you can go and adopt a cat if you are wanting one in the Geneva area. I went there looking for a dog a while ago and they have plenty of cats too - some really cute, so I am sure you would find one there - and they are all vaccinated, dewormed and neutered so no hassles with any of that later on. :-)
