The guy is from South Africa, where I suspect this kind of beastie is more common, or it could be decades old, a heirloon etc

More likely, he's about to be flamed to within an inch of his life by the T-V fundamentalists (Tofu-Vegan)

Most likely it's a cow skin dyed to look like a zebra. OP, correct me if I'm wrong.

Which is fair enough since the majority eats what's under the skin anyways - might as well do something with the outside, right?

PS: not all of us "T-V" are extremists vowing to kill the joy of all of you animal-eating peeps. Though this place would probably be a better place if we stopped being at the top of the food chain. That's all for the off-topic. Just thought I'd put in a good word for us tolerant vegans.

a photo but the thread worked its beutiful taken from a LIVE animal

Haha, misread, and started having shivers: "skin was taken from a live animal" - was getting ready to go to PetA!

Looks gorgeous. Would have been interested if I'd found my new home already.
