I am sure Jack and Jones will love to hear more about you. That label looks fake to me. If you really are making things for them then they would also like to hear why you are sponging off their stuff and selling it without their knowledge? What do you have to say for yourself?

P.S- I am not being AN_L. As a designer I see lot of people like you ripping off designers intellectual property and that does not sit very well with me

if they are fakes (as they seem to be), I would recommend nobody buys and chinesecat deletes this thread Intellectual property rights, legality, etc. After all, eBay would not allow fakes to be sold on its site

I'm not surprised that they were counterfeit, but I'm a little surprised at the price. I would have thought for those prices it would have included individual postage costs as well. Don't forget that if you do order anything you are likely to get charged this end by customs, especially for a bulk order.

Take those shoes for example. If you bought them in South China (I'm assuming that is where they are coming from originally) they would cost 100 RMB on the market - if you're generous. That is about 15 CHF. Since we would be buying directly from a supplier I would expect a decent discount on that as well.

Having 'dabbled' a bit in imports from China I would say that there are some good products, well worth their money, but you need to know the supplier and see the product for yourself before you buy.

There are a lot of factory rejects from major western brands which are being resold 'on the side' often illegally, and then there are the copies...

All I can say is beware. If you are going to buy dodgy goods, at least get a decent price for them...

yes,some clothes is really cheap in china ,but some is expensive,like my own clothes,for example,just one simple sweater,it's 200chf,and one of my trousers is 500chf,it's depend will u buy it.by the way,i come from zhejiang ,close shanghai.i dont know u are know very much about woman's clothes or not....
and that shoes,it's a retail sale price,if u go to buy just one or two,no market will give u the whole sale price....i just take it from my friend's shop,so half of that is retail sale,and half is whole sale....
but,i will thank u!because i also buy the things in internet,and last month i bought 500chf things in internet,i dont know it's good or not,cause it's still in the way....;-)

forget to say, i also bought some ofthe clothes and shoes of the photoes,so if it's bad ,i wont show out any more...cause i order some clothes from taiwan or korea,for myself,and if the size not suit for me ,i will sale it
