Well I think it is not within Warranty period. I purchased it during the year end of 2006.

When you reach my age (70) some of these 'technical' threads are hard to follow. It is irritating when you are genuinely interested in the sale item not to get understandable replies. It is as though a vendor does not wish to sell.

I need a simple, reliable wide screen colour tv set capable of receiving analogue and digital cable channels in the Vaud. Remote control important. Is this what you are offering and if so, how much is a similar model new ie how does your asking price compare with my buying a new comparable set with a warranty and free delivery?
