Hi I will be living in ZH for the next 6 months and I’m looking for a gym for this period. Since almost every gym requires a minimum contract of one year I was wondering if someone would like to sell their contract. Contract expiry should be end of June and would prefer Migros Fitness Park, but I will take also other gyms into account. Thanks Max

I don't know about Migros Fitness Park, but in McFit (in the HB), they have a noticeboard where people post their "Abo for sale" notices. You might want to give them call.

I've just been looking at a gym in Oerlikon (near to the train station, so not too bad even if you don't live in Oerlikon), its called Nord Fit and they have a 6 month contract option.

Also, there is the TC gym in Oerlikon (further from the train station) and I think you can get monthly passes there.

Nordfit is a good bet. That's where I go. It's open 365 days/year. Hollyfield trained there a few days before his last fight.

I would talk to Migros Fitness, though they don't do less than a year contracts, I have been told by management in the past they will find someone to buy a membership if you need or want to give it up sooner. Thus, I believe they deal with both ends of the bargain. You may want to ask them if they know of anyone looking to sell a membership.

unfortunately no luck...I just subscribed for a yearly contract at Migros Fitness Park and I will try to sell it when I leave. I'm suposed to leave at the end of june but I might stay longer...anyway we can keep in touch if you are interested...

I joined David gym on a month to month basis as i am staying at a corporate apartment around the corner. It is 150 chf a month but large area and loads of free weights.

hello have you tried sillhoutte they are offering 3 month contracts so perhaps that will help in zurich there is one in belveue

There is also a Arena Fitness & Wellness in Glatt area. Anyone's a member already?
