Looking for used furniture around Dietlikon

Hi,

I live in Dietlikon and am looking for below items in the areas not far from this place.

Double Bed with mattress
Microwave
Small Fridge
Sofa
LCD TV (Around 1 yr old)
Kitchen items
Mini scooter for my 4 yr daughter
Transperant and Bright Coloured curtains
etc..

Have you tried IKEA? You would be amazed at how cheap and good their furniture can be... and they're in Dietlikon!!

I have been only one and couldn't spend much time there. I shall explore it more again. Its tooooo huge and requires a lot of time to explore.

How to get in and out of IKEA with what you want and in minimum time.

1) Buy radio walki-talkies, if you don't have 'em, cell phones will do
2) Get the IKEA catalog or browse the site
3) Mark down what you want, and ONLY what you want
4) Go to IKEA
5) Send your better half into the showroom, you go down to the warehouse
6) The other half walks through IKEA and calls in with the Warehouse location of the items. If the items are not in stock, alternative items with warehouse locations can be radioed in, of course the better half will have better judgment on the aesthetic value of the replacement item.
7) Meet at the cashier, pay, go (collect at main warehouse if necessary)

This is the only way I can minimise of the perils of IKEA, like time wasting, buying everyting except what you went there for etc.

Try BrokenHaus near HB or Briokito .. They have a decent used furniture which you can get cheap

Especially those dining tables and sofas which you get almost for nothing..

And avoid like the plague on a Saturday (if at all possible).
