sorry guys, but it is is brand new!!!!! not opened, delivered to me a week ago direct from mac, i cannot sell for under 300, see the website theyre 379 new...and this is new!!!!!!!!!!

That would be an iPod Touch, if you read the title of the thread this is an iPod Classic.

If you got it for free, as you say...then you could sell it for a bit less. You would have more offers, me thinks
