Recently, I have rented a 3 room apartment (1 living room, 1 large bedroom and 1 small bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 lockers located outside the unit), but due to personal reasons I need to leave Switzerland and go back to Canada. I need to find a tenant and introduce to the agent.

It is really a great apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. It is located 3 min from a mall (www.letzipark.ch) and it is 2 min from tram station (Freihof).

I am sure you would love it.

I can make arrangements for people who are not here and would like to come to Zurich soon.


You can pay 1100 CHF to own the furniture, mostly purchased from IKEA 6 months ago all in the mint condition. It is basically everything you might need to buy such as a bed, desks, tables, closets, futon, TV, kitchen stuff, etc. all in mint condition.
