I would like to buy cheap winter coat or jackets(ladies and gents) both extra small sizes, just to beat this winter season as I am not going to use it in the next seasons... I will be in my place... where one really don't need winter cloths

Or if you're ever in Zürich, you could drop by the Fundgarderobe - lost-and-found items from Swiss public transport are kept for a while, then sold here if the owner doesn't claim them.
