I haven't used pc's for a while, but last time I did:

highlight all the picture files, right click on your mouse and choose "send to email recipient"

it will then (from memory) as you if you want to scale the photos to a smaller size, say yes, then copy the smaller files out of the email into whatever folder you want them

then upload the smaller pics
