Large study/play-room, complete shower/toilet, store room/washroom in the basement. A well-kept neat garden measures 325m2 terrace inclusive. Has one closed garage. Anyone, interested? Tried the real estate agents, without much luck.

And where is this house? Zürich, Bern, Baghdad? How much are you asking? Can you include photos? If you are not going to add this kind of information your post is heading for the recycle bin.

hang on, I've got some hen's teeth to pull.

marge - if you want to actually SELL the house, I do recommend something like immopool, immoscout, homegate and so-on so that you can advertise PROPERLY. Those sites actually get people who are LOOKING to BUY a house.

You'll find the original posting already gave the location (Genthod Village, Geneva). And - for the benefit of Mr 'Sigh' Gooner - the price, as given quite clearly in Marge's second posting, is 'CHF1,280,000. Negotiable.' The information is there guys. All you have to do is look for it.

It's there because e gooner put it there after the fact. Very nice of him actually. See at the bottom "edited by gooner".

When you see in a title something like [this] that's because a moderator has changed the title. Gooner did that after the OP gave the info.
