My daughter and her baby are coming from Australia to visit for 4 weeks and I urgently need to acquire a cot or porta cot, a pushchair/pram or buggy and a baby car seat. Is there anyone out there with any of these items for sale, or knows where I can find a second hand baby shop in or around Lausanne.

There is a business in Switzerland that hires out baby gear but I have no idea what it's called. You could try asking Professor Google for their website, he is quite good at coming up with answers or if I remember I will post the name.

We rented stuff from Baby2000 in Crissier - pram for 4 weeks was Chf 20.00.
