Just a note on the nature of this and all EF events I have been to:
Everyone is welcome, especially newbies.
It is always a very mixed group that comes together, always different people, from all over the world, all ages (and that is all ages from around 20 to sometimes around 70). The one thing we have in common is that we are interested in meeting new people.
So: Don't be shy, just come - you will not be "the new one", because everyone will be "new". Often, I will know just about as many people as you, i.e., none or a few.
See ya
Idgie

Yes, what a great turnout! Idgie, I hope you now feel it was all worthwhile (because from our end it certainly was!). I have already emailed a friend to say that I would recommend the place as somewhere to go.
Thank you.
