I'm not sure how many EFers are users of PGP (or OpenPGP-compatible applications), but if anyone wants to meet up in Bern for a keysigning party accompanied with Tasty Beverages, I'd like to extend an open invitation.

I'm a masters student at the University of Bern, and am generally available for lunch or afterwards.

So far, nearly all of the signing parties have been informal, one-on-one meetings over lunch, though I'm always open for larger, more structured meetings.

In addition to PGP, I'm also an assurer with CAcert and StartSSL and would be happy to validate your identity for those services as well.

Then again, I'm hardly an expert for declaring the fact that something is non-academic, being that I'm a masters student in physics, so academia is much of my life.
