Seven is a crowd, but what a pity that (apart from two super lovely members) one rarely sees a member from the eastern part of the country.

Looking forward to meeting Simon and Clara.

Well this old geezer will need his beauty sleep, but seeing as I'll be staying in a hotel round the corner, I may last until midnight. Not sure if that is early, kind of early, kind of late or late late to you youngsters.

About midnight is what I had in mind as well. You can send me a PM for my cell number, to check whether we`re still there.

But you do need much less sleep as you get older, the problem is you don't have quite as much stamina to do stuff in those extra waking hours as you used to. Or so I have been told.

Don't worry, she was probably just trying to keep you on your toes. Or to give you some hope for your old age.

Re: After the cheese tasting...

Well that was very nice, thanks Zomogen for organising it and for all the other new (young) faces that turned up for the drinks, as well as the do at the church earlier.

I should try and get back down here more often, it feels like a holiday for me

The cheese tasting and the drinks after were fabulous! A nice occasion for the Romandie members to come together, have a chat and enjoy good cheese.

I can confirm that Grumpy's deputy at the Viadukt was wearing the obligatory flat cap and braces today.

Cheers,
