Debs--
Do you have to make a reservation? If so, by when? Just wanting to know about the "commitment" level. Right now, I/we am/are about 90% yes...

Hi i-b-deborah, would it be possible to bring two small-ish and irresistibly cute dogs along?

It looks like it's going to be a lovely night! I will make the resi on Sunday, as I will be working down there,( so anyone coming in for brunch feel free to say hi!) so there is still some time to register.
And I've seen plenty of dogs at the fabrik, so feel free to bring them if you want, hmmm I might bring Eric down to play with them.... how small are they?

Is Eric is a snake? It'll have to be quite a big one to chomp away at my little sweeties.

From this thread: "It is traditionally a feast based around the slaughter of your favorite porker, meaning every bit of the beast is cooked, roasted, boiled, and served."
And also in the same thread: "Personally, the best Metzgete I had here was in the Ziegel au Lac restaurant at the Rote Fabrik. Mega crackling, piles of food and affordable prices which put the fancy places to shame".
No idea about prices though, perhaps Debs can shed some light?
I am really, really looking forward to eating every bit - except blood sausages, which I'll leave to others to enjoy | | This user would like to thank BokerTov for this useful post: | |

So basically all the "soft" parts.
Prices depend on the restaurant; can be anything from 14CHf to 40 or more.

Thanks so much for organizing. Looking forward to next year! | | | | | Amen to that - the food was just great (I don`t mean just great, rather really great). With the full house, good music, good company - it made for a very enjoyable evening. Well done Debs .
