It is time to keep to those New Year keep fit regimes and get climbing in the nice warm environment of K7...

We meet between 6 & 7, Pascale at reception will point you to us.

On the 20th there will be a professional training session for the lead climbs.

For those who are terribly unfit and or scared of heights we usually stop for a beer or two at e-ipsos or unser brewery on the same site. Send a private message for details from week to week

Hi, this sounds really interesting and would love to give it a try! Could you tell me when the next one is after the 13th though as unfortunatley i cant make this! I would like to know about the cost and some more details about it as well. Maybe you can private message me this as i cant seem to find a link to do this myself, just getting used to the forum

Wednesday I should be there around 18:30.

Friday, training booked for Katrina, Julie, Max and myself for lead climbing and climbing saftey. If more are interested I can possibly expand the course but will need to know by tommorrow.
