If you have been to Nimmi's (which is another quite tasty place IMO) it is exactly across the street from it. Alternatively, if you have been to Maison Blunt (an awesome place, and my favorite "Saturday lunch out" and/or "evening mint tea and chess" hangout place) it's around the corner from it.
See you there?

@Coconut- can you PM me on Thursday if you are coming for sure, if you know?
The reason I ask is that I have 3 sets of homemade playdough for your kids, and if you come I'll bring them along on Friday - otherwise I'll give them to you some other time, not that playdough expires...
Ciao!

Been there once.. its Sri Lankan food and not Indian... great food
Try Kottu Rotti.. with lamb and let them know you want it mild unless if you want to feel the afterburners the next day
Unfortunately cannot make it this time... would have been a great chance to meet some EF folks..

I liked the food, but the Biryani was a bit too spicy for me (I am a big wuss with spicy hot food). However, prof. Taratonga ordered the Kottu Rotti and I tried some, it was just perfect
Great, great company as usual.
Oh, before I forget: their hot chai tea was the best I've had in Zurich so far!!! And thanks to one of the participants (won't say which one ) for explaining to me the meaning of "Kanton Congo", which I had never heard before today!
(P.S. No offence intended to anyone )

Cheers me darlin, but I think it goes more along the lines of spice and aromatics as opposed to a great big kick in the palette. I hope. |

Sorry to have missed it | | | | | I wish I could come tonight to the comedy evening, I'm in bad need of some cheering up... but I have guests. I promise to come on 17 (Craig Campbell and Dan Quinn, quite handsome guys, aren't they?), if you won't miss the next Taste of... Lunch.
have fun without me tonight |
