Possibly..but I will found out later today when I go for a lunchtime run..yesterday it was about 10 inches in the open spaces. The trails however should be well trodden...I don't think they would of great help..
There's an 11am EF brunch at carambolage on sunday that i am going to but if there's a train around 1300 i can come straight from the brunch. Am looking forward to this

As for the snow shoes they won't be necessary but if you don't mind carrying them you could bring them for some practice (if you need it that is). Waterproof boots definately though and gaiters may be useful...and need I say warm clothes..
