Some more information for this event:

We will be sitting on 2 long tables and the food are being served on plates that share between 4/5 people. So it is quite generous serving. Dishes are served one by one with unlimited rice, so there is always some rice to wash down a little too much spice.

The food is not overly spice but have got their home made chilli sauce for those who like it hot!

hope to see you there and do book up early as the restaurant has indicated that they cannot have a party for this special menu for more than 20 people to maintain quality.

IF you have special diet requirement, do let me know and I will check with the restaurant. For Vegetarian, do let me know as well as the restaurant will increase the seafood and vegetable portion to replace the meat.

erm...normally vegetarians don't eat seafood... (?)

IMPORTANT UPDATE

The restaurant has increased the price of the Rijstaffel from CHF 69 to CHF 79 per person. This is a general restaurant policy, and has nothing to do with this event or us. The terms otherwise remain the same - same dishes, coffee included, drinks excluded.

In view of this, I would appreciate if you could update your RSVP in case you no longer can/want to participate.

I will wait a couple of days, then send the IBAN info to the YESes.

We were just there Tuesday evening and it was wonderful! And yes, the price was chf 79, but I thought it was definitely worth it! Enjoy!

A quick bump as the event is getting near. Please subscribe and PM me if you have any special diet requirement. I will be paying deposit to the restaurant by 19th June (Tuesday), so if I do not get your deposit, I cannot make your booking for you. IBAN or pay in cash at Viadukt this Thursday.

I am so glad you liked it! As I mentioned, this is my most favorite restaurant in Zurich, both for the food AND the excellent service. On our way out, I ran once again into the chef, who asked if we really had been pleased with everything. Furthermore, she said that if we ever have "special orders", such as special, off-menu Indonesian foods we'd like to try, to give her a call a few days prior and she'll see what she can do to accommodate us.

The food was incredibly awesome! The company of course very pleasant - and the service extraordinarily smooth.
