For anyone undecided, have a listen to the link Konijn provided above. He's very accessible and a great talent. He's been around for Donkey's years and knows how to manage a crowd, just don't expect Robbie Williams style theatricals.

The food at the Rote Fabrik is very good. Wine, also. You have to keep an eye on your watch otherwise you've ordered another bottle and the show's going on without you, the atmosphere is so conducive.

You all should know that tomorrow in the Ziegel it will be Metzgeter (probably missed a consonant there) which means that the menu will be consisting of as many different ways to eat a pig as possible. It´s the one time of the year they go all-out carnivor! So the only thing for veggies will be spag napoli (tomatoe sauce with herby things) and salads. Normally the range of salads is really varied but they may have reduced that as well. But if you like pig... all parts of it, you´re well in, there will even be some bloke playing..... I want to say the hand organ but it´s probably wrong (and dangerous to go there).... that squeeze box thing. So now y'all know.

I don´t think it´s like heavy-metal loud. His lyrics are good, so he probably won´t be drowning them out with wailing electric drum boxes.
