Neuchâtel BBQ by the lake

The place is excellent but 28th is my birthday so i already have plans

any day after 8th june (my last exam) would suit me.

The meeting place at the statue: is it near the Kiosk, is the Funambule near the bottom station hill railway?

If you exit the Funambule and walk pretty much in a straight line towards the lake, you'll see it. There's a large area of ground that's red with some public toilets in the middle of it. Right next to the lake, there's a big white sculpture.

Look I am sorry to be a dummy, but the lakeside at Neuchâtel is very long. On my map I cannot see, nor search for,
Funambule nor Jeunes Rives. Is the Funambule a park near the bottom station hill railway?

Would the area you have in mind be here, after crossing the road "Quai Léopold-Robert" inside the red circle,

It's pretty much where that red circle is. The Funambule if the funicular that runs from the train station into town. However, if the numbers don't go up then I guess it won't go ahead anyway!

Someone must have jinxed, hexed, harbingered the doom, cast a vile incantation on Neuchatel BBQ recently. Every time the flight tries to soar into the skies, some falcon crashes itself into the wings of the plane.

Anyways, I would wish to come... Meet me : A traveler from an antique land.. But I wont say about Ozymandias though...

Well, since I published this event, one of my friends has decided to hold a BBQ on SUNDAY. Hmmm... I'll text him tomorrow and ask what time he wants to do it and maybe we can combine it?

OK, so I asked my friend about his BBQ idea and he's definitely planning on doing it Sunday. I asked when and he said "after a nice, long lie-in" (we have a party tomorrow night). I'll keep the thread updated!
