Wow, amazing how much is going on! Thumbs up for you, Diem. I am impressed - and hope to come again to one of your next events.
So, now that there is so much for everyone, what about another singles-over-30 get together? The weather reports for Sunday are rather unclear, so, I dare not offer a hike or something else that involves too much time outdoors. Rather, we will meet at the Linde, a comfy restaurant in the Zurich university quarter, for a beer and/or dinner. They brew their own beer and have a garden, so that we can sit outside if we want to.
When: September 24, 7 p.m.
Where: Zur Linde, Universitätsstrasse 91, near tram stop Winkelriedstrasse (lines 9 or 10, 8 minutes from Zurich main station)
What: Dinner for singles over 30; usually, there is about 10-15 of us
If you already know that you are coming, please let me know so that I can make reservations.
See you there
Idgie
Just in case anyone is wondering whether it is worth coming or whether they would sit at an empty table: So far, about ten people have said that they would come.
And in response to another thread: This is not about desperately seeking a partner but it is a forum to meet new people who are also single to go out with, have fun with and be friends with.
Hi, Ayumi
Yes, absolutely. This is not a strict age limit, but rather an indication that the people you will meet will not be so many students and au pairs but at a little later stage in life - i.e., mostly in their thirties to fourties. If you want to hang out with us oldies - just come along.
By the way, it now looks like there will be 10-15 people.
