Our late summer / fall season of pick up flag football starts here.

All players are welcome, male/female and Steelers fans too.

You'll need football shoes with cleats, normal sportswear and have a colored and white top so that we can split up the teams. We play for fun, this is really for fans of the game who remember playing ball back Stateside or in Canada and want to meet up and play with like-minded fans. No contact, no pads or helmets. We supply all the field equipment, flags and balls. Bring something to drink, there are no changing rooms or showers, it's just a field, but we're working on something better. Watch this space.

• West Coast - I have no cleats, but I would still love to come out and play! EDIT: With the temperature being forecasted at 34°, I think I'm going to pass on running around in the sun. Next time when the heat is a little more forgiving. :P
