Looking for some people to come skiing (you can ski, I am boarding!) or boarding with me to the LAAX resort.

I'm a beginner, with about 1 full weeks experience behind me!

It'll take me a good 2 hours to get there, but that's not a problem.

If anybody is interested, perhaps this is too little notice for this weekend, but next weekend or the weekend after would be perfect! Or even any Monday in the next month.

Anyone still interested in going skiing/boarding this weekend (15/16)? I was thinking of going to Laax or Lenzerheide but only if the weather is ok.

Last week I almost froze at -18, the week before the slopes were melting at +18 deg Both interesting experiences, but neither occassion was good for skiing

I'm still up for something, so long as there's enough snow!

What's the current snow situation * Laax?

Noticed it's not going to be particularly cold this weekend, so [another] lack of snow??! This is depressing!

suggest you bookmark J2Ski is one of the more reliable sites for snow conditions & weather reports. Looks like you may be in luck with Laax, snow down to 1100m.

Weather forecast for Saturday looks promising so I am still planning to go to LAAX! Will make my final decision on Friday afternoon.
