Thanks to Easter, most of us don't have school on monday! So don your ski suit and meet us in Grindewald for some end of the season snow fun.
Meeting up around 9 am at Männlichen, the plan is to go sledding or sledging as some call it. (I personally just call it fun.) Others are welcome to head out to ski if they would like. Sledding is totally fun if you have never tried it. Essential that you wear adequate hiking/snow boots as that is how you steer the sled down the slopes. And these are not small slopes, they are the same ones(but have their own paths) as the ski slopes. So just as long to get down!
The price for all this fun is CHF 25.50 for the sledding lift pass and about CHF 10 for the sled rental. Ski lift tickets are CHF 57 for the whole day or CHF 42 after 12 noon.
I will be driving up from the Lausanne area and through Bern with one friend. I have 2 more places in my car if anyone wants to jump in. Otherwise per as usual for Switzerland, there is great public transportation directly up to the door.

- Ok, if the weather is good I may be up for some sledding. The Grindelwald runs are great fun, especially Ritas speedway!
