Need to get some warranty work done on my bike. Hoping to keep my down time to a minimum and be back on the trails ASAP.

At this stage enough people know the trail to just meet up as usual and go anyway. Sorry I can't make it and enjoy the ride whoever goes.

Well, that'll teach a hack like you to buy a fragile, lightweight bike like that.

The bike is fine. Its the AVID brakes I am not so gone on! I rekon its a warranty case so should just get a new set of back brakes. Unfortunately I don't really want to do Uetliberg without back brakes so I'll give it a miss until I have the replacements.

Guess I'm spending this week dressed in Lycra and riding my road bike!

I don't know about that. We might get lost without you and end up in Sihl city instead.

I could loan you my brakes. LOL What ever it takes to keep a man from wearing lycra.
