Hi Everyone,

As it is Swiss National day at the beginning of August, the August curry night will be arriving slightly earlier than usual on the 29th July.

This time it is at Mandir:

Everyone is welcome and if people are coming for the first time don't be afraid, we're a good bunch and the night is always very friendly.

Hope to see lots of faces again

Unfortunately they'll be no free prosecco this time (that was a one off!) sorry to disappoint!

pretty quite in the office at the moment with lots of people away. SO I was wondering if anyone interested in going to the Indira for a curry this Friday at say 12:30 ?

If there is interest I will set up an event invite. It was fun last time, so who is up for another lunchtime curry ?

Martin, we went Indira over the weekend and found that they were closed for refurbishment. It might be worth giving them a call before hand.

Hi,

Pat checked for me. The Indira is no more, it looks like there are new owners and a different type of food being served, so another Indian restaurant bites the dust.

So no lunchtime curry this week on Friday.

However, it looks like there is interest in doing a lunchtime event. So after the summer holidays in September I will post a proper event invite on the forum.

Thanks for interest ....and 3 months a very short time for a restaurant to be in existance.
