Unfortunately I am look even more unlikely that I will make it tomorrow.
As well as recovering from injuries sustained after a tram track jumped out and body slammed me into the ground, I have just been given a work task for tomorrow which means that it is unlikely that I will be getting out of the office before 20:00. |

Considering that walking up stairs is still a bit of a challenge, I don't think that pedalling up Uetliberg is going to be realistic. |

Skinny tires SUCK!!! I have been campaigning against them since back in the day. (don't tell anyone I have them on my road bike/ commuter )
Hope you feel better soon. Mass quantities of alcohol will have you feeling fine in no time. Just beware of the common side effect known as the "hey watch me jump this....." or superman syndrome as it's more commonly known. Wait....is that how you got into this situation???

No, I think the problem was that I was sober at the time. Since then I have only been able to cycle pain free when I have had a skin full, and have proven to be completely invincible in that state. |

Have a skinfull and come along. If you start drinking now you might be right for the meeting time! | | This user would like to thank Eire for this useful post: | |

I love biking drunk, I also love skate/snow boarding drunk as well. Its great until you wake up the next day missing a large chunk of skin and can barely walk. But damn it was fun at the time. |

In this instance I'm just worried about the Yokine and Woodsie rain jinx, since I cleverly left my rain jacket at home this morning. Would rather not get caught in the downpour that I fear may show its ugly head at some point this evening.
My previous post was of course meant in the nicest possible way! Honest! |

...had to create an account here since I don't want any more to be called with the bad word Eire used two weeks ago to describe my non-posting attitude.
Actually, these jumping grounds are common around Zurich; last week when I was pushing hard to catch up with the EF crowd going down the antennatrail, the evil gravel jumped up and bit me. Fighting it only destroyed my glove and covered me with dust.
Too bad there's no way I can have time on tuesdays for biking in the next two weeks.
Have fun!

Have fun! | | | | | That word was probably "Lurker"... its ok... one of my mates Lurks a lot here. I don't hold it against him!
I'm guessing that you are the chap who rides a Cannondale that was with us on Zuriberg two weeks ago. I didn't see you last week, sorry if I missed you. Hope you make it back again soon.

The top half was willing but the rest persuaded me to stop at the badi.
Hopefully me and woodsie will be back to full power for next week.
