This is an informal group (no fee) that will meet every Saturday from now until the marathon. We will build slowly up to marathon distance. We use a run/walk method to train for the race. Last year we had 6 first time marathoners finish between 4:10 and 4:38.

This first run will be for 5 km. Any questions, please PM me.
