Meeting Point: Bahnhof - Street Side

Continuing on from last week, we will meet every Saturday at 8:00 in preparation for the Zurich marathon in the spring. This week's run will be 6 km. We use a run/walk method that helps speed recovery, prevent injury and is ideal for first time marathoners. Even if you are not intersted in running a marathon, please join us for a run.

mblume - If you are doing more then 6km and no walking I will consider...I had in mind a 60-90 minute run. Mike
