I've only been to one Celtic's game and, sadly, this was not it. However, once when getting a tour of this same venue with my architecture class, the setup crew was blasting Sweet Child o' Mine and my instructor caught me belting the vocal finale to a group of similarly bored and distracted colleagues in the stands. I was thereafter referred to as "Rock Star" or something equally hokey.
This guy actually looks and acts a lot like our friend Trevor.

It took me a while to figure out what you were talking about, but then I realized that the 1:18 is for the timing on the second version of it that I posted, which differs from the first one. It's not entirely clear what he's doing there, but I think I know what Trevor thinks/hopes happened.

It is as robban says... Their website lists Galerie St.François as the street address, so I guess either that's right or even they don't know.
