'Ethnic' Shopping - Walking Tour... "Foods of the World"

Meeting at the Zurich Hauptbahnhof Meeting Point 'Treffpunkt'...10am
Saturday 2nd May.

Our 'shopping tour' will include places you can purchase all the key ingredients for - Asian - Chinese and Japanese, Thai, Mexican, Turkish/Middle Eastern/Greek/Lebanese (some Halal also), and Indian/Sri Lankan foods...

We will walk from Zurich HB to Langstrasse - tour length approximately 2 hours, allowing for walking and touring the shops...

What to bring:
- list of 10 things that you are seeking for your recipes
- wet weather gear if the weather is poor
- comfortable walking shoes
- appropriate amounts of money for your shopping needs
- bag to carry your purchases..

I have limited the number to 20 to keep it manageable...if there is a lot of interest, we will schedule to do it again soon!

It is generally 'pram friendly' although you might need to leave your pram outside to enter some of the stores...
