Uncle Max did an Easter Weekend massive with events on both the Thursday and the Friday. Grumpy's got his event at the Oliver Twist this Friday and a few of us regulars may well pop there, but have no fear WE drinks will be back v. shortly. Possibly the following Friday, but failing that definitely the Friday after.

Apparently good music, good atmosphere... with the one caveat being that sometimes if you are a bloke you need to go in with a member of the opposite sex, to ensure that ratios are good. However I am reliably informed that there is a bar next door and it's common practise for people to go in there and grab someone of the opposite sex and go in there together. Apparently wall to wall with nice people. |
