SUSHI BASICS CLASSES –
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 28TH, 15.00-18.00

You will learn to make sushi, both nigiri
and rolls, using your choice of fish and other ingredients including -
chu-toro, tuna, salmon, kingfish, octopus, eel, prawns, Japanese omelette,
avocado etc.

The class is hands on and you will make
enough sushi, for 2 people so you can have a feast afterwards.

I also provide step by step cooking notes
and recipes and information on where to buy the best fish and all the other
ingredients.

The class will be held in Küsnacht Zürich.
Approx. 10mins from Bellevue.

The class is fun, it is a great way to meet
new people and to learn a new cooking skill.
