Expats in Luzern and Zug

Calling all EFers

Are there many expats living in or around Luzern or Zug that would be interested in meeting up for some social events, once a month?

If you are interested perhaps drop down a few words of the kind of events that you enjoy and we will see what we can do...

Cheers

Paul

Re: Expats in Luzern and Zug

Hi Paul
I live in the Luzern area - just moved here in June but have been travelling quite a bit with work so haven't really had time to meet many people apart from my work colleagues, so, yes, I would be interested in meeting up every so often.
I'm quite flexible as to what is organised as anything is more interesting than staying home alone
Look forward to hearing more...
Greta

Lead from the front and organise an event. It can be anything, although drinks tend to appeal to most and are the easiest to organise. Call a bar, make a reservation, put up the info on the calendar and ask people to RSVP. Repeat as necessary.

There have been marriages and babies created thanks to this routine in the Zurich area Who'd have guessed what a simple RSVP can lead to..!

Re: Expats in Luzern and Zug

I would love to join some social events here in Luzern Just let me know where and when
And after Xmas I'm planning to get a new laptop so I should have better access to Internet and also I could help organising events or so, I mean if help is needed.

Potluck dinners -- if diners number between 12 to 18. I don't know if anyone is willing to host though. A sort of 'Foods of the World' potluck buffet dinner, anyone?
