10.02.2010
*The times shown may change, depending on DST settings
City/Town: Flumserberg
Event Type: Sports
Meeting Point: TBD... but probably a bar

This sounds like it could be fun, and give the snow hounds something to do midweek:

http://www.flumserberg.ch/winter/en/...ght+Skiing.htm

Prices, gondola times from Unterterzen etc are all on the link. As the lifts will be runing 19-22:00 maybe a bite to eat before hand and a drink aftrwards would brighten the week up.
RSVP'd Maybe: 7 (6 members and 1 guests)
  • Eire - If all goes well I'll make it.
  • jemma
  • Natasha - Sounds awesome.
  • HashBrown - I do miss night boarding.
  • ZurichTim - Tempting anyone going to train it from Zurich
  • Crumbs + 1 guest - If it's re-scheduled to 17.2., we may make it.
RSVP'd No: 6
  • J.L-P - can't see in the dark, but then again if Eire is going...
  • brüder - giving it a miss this time around, don't fancy driving in this bad weather
  • weejeem - Next time!!!
  • jacek - Sounds like fun stuff, I will either chase the bats or follow the moonlight - next Wednesday ;)
  • luminousmind08 - looks like everyone bailed, will rest ribs for weekend unless last minute spike or 20 cm powder this p.m.
  • Papa Goose - Go on... you know you want to
RSVP sign-ups for this event are now closed.

Re: Night ski run at Flumserberg

sorry Papa G, need to change to maybe. Epic wipeout today. Certainly bruised, probably cracked, hopefully not broken ribs. I can barely open a door at this time.

Will play it day by day.

Aahh, why not! Experienced few blisters from badly sized boots, but what the hell... will wrap it with band-aid and ready to go .

Any viable transportation options or SBB is my friend again, huh?

I'm leaning towards trying it. I'll save the drugs for skiing and live the rest of the week in the most severe pain I have ever felt. Can't let 3 cracked ribs slow me down!

Papa G, may need you to slow down as it will be difficult to keep up with you

Re: Night ski run at Flumserberg

Just make sure it actually running before you turn up, I've tried twice now and both times it was shut, once for a private function, and once because of bad weather.

Re: Night ski run at Flumserberg

bump, bump.

I've decided to give it a go. It's only 2 cracked ribs, which is not bad considering how many ribs it could have been.

We hook up @ the hill?
