[Basel] Public lectures on Peace and Development, March 24th and March 31st, 2010

Hello all,

Since many have been asking about World Peace Academy and Peace Studies in general, I thought to share with you the announcement of the following 2 lectures. Admission is free. If you are thinking to attend, make sure you come at least 5 minutes earlier.

Johan Galtung, founder of peace studies, gives two public lectures:
24 March 19:00-20:30: Peace as a Personal Way of Life.
31 March, 19:00-20:30: Structural Peace.
World Peace Academy, Güterstrasse 81, Basel.
Admission is free, all are welcome.

Hello all,

Thank you for those who came yesterday, there were many new faces, and I hope you enjoyed the lecture.

The topic for the lecture on March 31 changed to "Afghanistan Now - Is Peace Possible". 19:00-20:30 (please be on time!)



The Wednesdays' seminars will always be open to public (during the semester). I will try to update info here, but don't be shy to call at the phone no. above for more info
