It was totally packed when I got there at 8.30, but became more manageable later.

Dunnu, we were just sitting by the bar after being there about three hours and the manager just came over and gave us a couple of pints. Very nice of him.
Pity we couldn't hear the live music throughout the bar.

Yeah, we were chatting with the manager from the start, and he was a very good host. He had also remembered me from Paddy's. So yes, some drinks on the house were very appreciated. And he has got himself a future repeat customer.
