Hi all,

Does anyone know of any yoga classes in Zurich that are taught in English?

The only one I am aware of is Planet Yoga which only has one class a week in English.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

hi Tim, there are a couple recent threads on yoga classes in Zurich, many containing tips for English-language classes.

Aikido Unlimited offers Mentastics on Monday evenings. Yoga on Tuesday evenings, Thursday morning and evening. They are located in Uster, which is about a 12 min train ride from Zurich HB.

I know it's a while from the last posting, but I was looking myself and found Athayoga in Zürich Niederdorf (Blaufahnenstrasse 12, just opp. of Migros Fitness Park). Most of the teachers teach in English. Cheers
